I want to take a quick moment to give a shout out to all the mothers of the world, and this includes you furry moms too. Sometimes we forget all that furry moms do for their babies, especially when they double as human mommies.
This picture is from Halloween 2017. This was my final Halloween in Arizona and one of the best days ever. The entire day was magical for me. It was also the unveiling of Princess Faith.
The old days of the witch
I used to always be a witch on Halloween. And yes, it does fit my personality. That was always my go-to costume. My wedding day was Halloween, and mother begged me not to be a witch. She convinced us to be Cinderella and Prince Charming. That union did not last, and Halloween has totally transformed for me. One day I will get more in depth about Princess Faith, but for now let us just say my mom took over the (sweet) witch mantle.
I was hoping to be in Arizona Halloween 2019, but I could not make it. This year Halloween is on a Saturday. It is also Nevada Day, so Princess Faith is already planning for a fun Halloween night right here at home.
With stay at home restrictions loosening in many parts of the country, it should make this Mother’s Day different from any other, but with more options available than a week ago. I think most mothers are happy just knowing you love and appreciate them.
